Project Evaluations
The Virtues Program is implemented school-wide with a yearly rotated virtue-of-the-month schedule disseminated at the beginning of each school year. The goal is to weave the virtue into the fabric of the curriculum as well as to highlight the monthly concept in special virtue classes dedicated to the understanding and implementation of the core value into students’ lives. Each month we send home with every child a tabletop discussion card that prompts family participation by structuring week-by-week consideration of the virtue.

The Home and School Association has generously purchased a variety of materials to support and enhance the project and has dedicated the virtue project as a priority to continue to support.

Last spring a school-wide Career Day was held at school. Speakers were asked to include in their presentation the ways that living the virtuous life impacted their daily adult workday as well as their personal lives. This underscored the practical applications of leading a virtuous life for our students.

The Virtues Program is an on-going process for us as a school community to grow in virtue both personally and as a group.
