INTERVIEW WITH SAM HUNT
Dudley, junior boys basketball

Sam Hunt, 16, is the beginning point guard for the Panthers and averaging 19.2 points, 5.1 assists and 3.2 rebounds per game this season. His father, Calvin starred at Greensboro College in the mid-1980s the old coach Dudley David Price’s godfather. Hunt said he had been offered a scholarship from Appalachian State, ECU, Mercer and Garner-Webb. Dudley faced Oak Hill Academy, one of the top prep basketball program in the country, at the 10th annual MLK Classic on Monday at the Greensboro Coliseum.

Q: when you first go play basketball?

Q: are Your own expectations this season?

‘s only learnt to: be the best that I can and get my team win. Just be strong point guard for my team. Each goal is to make my team better and maybe win a player in the Conference.

Q: How do you get ready to compete in major events?

: I just remember all the things my coaches taught us. The Scout report, know your opponent
